FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 2, 2011 JOINT STATEMENT FROM THE TORONTO POLICE SERVICES BOARD AND THE TORONTO POLICE ASSOCIATION Toronto – Yesterday, the Toronto Police Services Board and the Toronto Police Association reached a tentative agreement. The Toronto Police Association represents approximately 2100 civilian and 5600 uniform members of the Toronto Police Service. The Association’s current collective agreements expired on December 31, 2010.
